All orders are processed automatically and we can not speed up or slow down the delivery times.
*For shipments outside Europe, the customer must pay the cost arising from the customs management of the package in his country.
Shipping restrictions
Currently, Baltarini does not ship to Post Office Boxes, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. Orders made for any of these addresses will be cancelled.
Returns and refunds
You can return any product purchased in our online store within 14 days following the date of delivery.
Ensure that the goods to be returned are in their original condition, with labels and packaging included. Otherwise, BALTARINI will not be able to accept your return.
To make a return, follow the steps below:
1. At the top right hand side of the screen, go to “LOG IN” and enter your email and password.
2. Once you have entered, select the “ORDERS” section and choose the one you want to return by clicking “DETAILS”. Select the item/s you want to return, explain the reason for their return to help us improve and select “REQUEST RETURN”..
3. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we review your request.
4. Take the following circumstances into account:
- If you belong to SPAIN or PORTUGAL size changes are free, however for the return or size exchanges for discounted items you will have to pay the transport costs (5.00€ each). Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email from NACEX with the shipping label and a link where you can see the different delivery points and choose the one that suits you best. If you have any doubts, please contact NACEX (+34 900100000) or our office (+34 965461500 info@balatrini.es). If you contact the transport agency, you must refer to the authorised tracking number written on the label received by email. Once we receive the package, we will process your refund. If the return does not meet the above conditions, we will send the package back to you. When your return is accepted, we will handle the refund (minus the 5,00 euros collection fee) which will be made in the payment method selected at the time of your purchase.
- If you belong to EUROPE 2 or EUROPE 3 (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia. Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Switzerland) You should bare with the shipping expenses resulting of sending your order back to us. Please be sure to return the package in its original condition, with labels and packaging included to the following address:
