Shipping restrictions

Currently, Baltarini does not ship to Post Office Boxes, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. Orders made for any of these addresses will be cancelled.

Returns and refunds

You can return any product purchased in our online store within 14 days following the date of delivery.

Ensure that the goods to be returned are in their original condition, with labels and packaging included. Otherwise, BALTARINI will not be able to accept your return.

To make a return, follow the steps below:

1. At the top right hand side of the screen, go to “LOG IN” and enter your email and password.

2. UOnce you have entered, select the “ORDERS” section and choose the one you want to return by clicking “DETAILS”. Select the item/s you want to return, explain the reason for their return to help us improve and select “REQUEST RETURN”..

3. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we review your request.

4. Take the following circumstances into account:

  • If you belong to Europe 1 (SPAIN, PORTUGAL, ANDORRA) and it is your first return, the pick-up order for the package will be generated automatically at the corresponding NACEX office for the following day. If you are not available to go to the collection, contact NACEX (+34 900100000) to arrange a new collection date. When you contact the shipping agent, you should refer to the authorised tracking number written on the return/exchange authorisation that you will receive by email. The transport label will be placed by the shipper.
    Once the package has been received, we will process your refund. If the return does not meet the conditions above, we will send the package back to you. When your return is accepted, we will handle the refund and you will receive a confirmation email.
  • If you belong to Europe 2 or Europe 3 (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia. Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Switzerland)

You should return the package in its original condition, with labels and packaging included to the following address:

Once the package has been received, we will process your refund. If the return does not meet the conditions above, we will send the package back to you. When your return is accepted, we will handle the refund and you will receive a confirmation email.
